Chris Cooks & Covid tips on 3rd day after Diagnosis of Covid 19

Tammy with a Southern Cook who tested positive for Covid on 9.9.21. She and her husband and collage age kids are all fully vaccinated. She has listed her health conditions below. The kids got vaccinated at school (college) and she and Chris were vaccinated at their local health department in Saint Marys Georgia in April of 2021 as soon as vaccinations were available for their age group.

Chris is 55 with no health conditions accept weight. He is 5-9" and weighs 205 lb.
Tammy is 52 , 5'-5" and weighs 204 lb. with the following health conditions:
Displacement of Cervical Intervertebral Disc without Myelopathy (4 in neck) 02/19/2021-current

Peripheral nerve disease
Malignant neoplasm of female breast

Vitamin D deficiency (currently on supplement)
