Here it is documented that it is possible to switch genes back on to restore the normal function of the MHC1 complex, and allow the immune system to attack a tumor.

The graphically documented case with detailed pictures is on a melanoma in the surface, where it is observable how the immune system goes about identifying, attacking and killing the tumor.

The compound used is proprietary and not approved, yet. I do not endorse or not endorse this method, as it is only a demonstration that the MHC1 complex can be repair enough for otherwise healthy individuals to make use of. This is objectively can be inferred. Beyond this objective statement, the rest is speculation.
