With a family history of breast cancer, I am extremely diligent with my annual screenings, and yes, a few years ago, I did find a lump. The wait time between tests was a scary and daunting feeling, but I knew that I was not alone! Let's normalize the conversation about breast cancer awareness and breast health and promote early detection.
