Fig & Granola Yoghurt | Breast Cancer UK

5 tablespoons of yoghurt of choice
3 handfuls of granola - try to go for a high-fibre granola (at least 6 g of fibre per 100 g)
1 or 2 figs - cut in half and then slice
1 handful of mixed seeds - e.g. pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds

1. Add the yoghurt to a bowl.
2. Add toppings: granola, sliced figs and seeds.
3. Enjoy!

Foods may contain compounds that are protective against breast cancer and others that may have a cancer-promoting effect. So, what you eat and what you don’t is important. There is no ideal diet for breast cancer prevention. It is more important to pay attention to the proportions of individual foods.
