In this video I will be trying some vegan food, vegetarian snacks and plant based options for the first time. I wanted to make a video for anyone like me just starting out eating more plant based foods and also to let others know there are some great options out there. In conclusion I will say that I will for sure be switching over to some of these really great plant based foods I tried in this video.

I didn't put this in the video but I recently have been paying more attention to what people are being told with cancer and other conditions to eat... which has been a strict keto, plant based diet, vegan and vegetartian. I do know that some of what we eat is bad for us and that meat can contribute to that but recently I have been seeing this more and more. Yes.....I watched the vegan documentary a while ago but I only slowly switched some things over, now I have been interested in even more plant based options. I hope this video helps anyone interested in seeing what other options we have out there.
