MAMMOGRAPHY AND BREAST CANCER / BREAST CANCER SCREENING / MAMMOGRAM /Ep.7 Breast cancer is one of the leading causes of deaths in women worldwide. But when diagnosed at an early stage, the survival rate is 99% with appropriate treatment. Mammography being a screening test for breast cancer can detect the atypical cells at initial stage of the disease and helps in reducing the number of deaths due to breast cancer.
