Redution mamoplasty is an useful technique to optimize the irradiation of the breast in women with macromastia/gigantomastia. This video shows the use of reduction mammoplasty in a patient with breast cancer and gigantomastia. We perform a modificated reduction mammoplasty without nipple-areola complex in order to reduce the difficulties in pedicle dissection and postoperative complications. In our opinion, this "low-cost" procedure is useful in elderly women or those with associated risk factors (diabetes, heart disease, smoking...)
