Fettuccine with homemade noodles and bolognese sauce

Fettuccine from the 50s recipe.
One was where there were no dry noodles or commercial bolognese sauce.
Everything was made by hand with the ingredients available.
Despite being an old recipe, I was able to achieve a delicious and balanced taste.
Test it.

Fettuccine
Hard flour 300g
Egg 3
Water A little

Bolognese sauce
Ground beef 200g
Garlic 1 clove
Onion 150g
Celery 1
Butter 13g
Salad oil 13g
Water 60cc
Bay leaf 1
Boiled tomato 400cc
Salt 6g
Pepper
Grated cheese 27g
