Hey family! Today I'm sharing two new fast and easy home cooked meals with y'all! Both of these are quick, easy, and only have a few ingredients.

Million Dollar Chicken Bake:

INGREDIENTS
NOTE: I more than doubled this recipe, but this is the original.
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thinly cut or pounded
6 oz cream cheese softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup crispy bacon crumbled (about 8 slices)
1/2 cup green onions chopped (about 4 onions)
1.5 cups colby jack cheese shredded
Garnish (optional)
crumbled bacon
green onions

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F
In a medium sized bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, bacon crumbles, green onion and half of the cheddar cheese together until combined.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and spread the cheese mixture over the chicken. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165˚F internal temperature)
Garnish with additional bacon and green onions and serve hot!

Baked Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops:
Ingredients:
NOTE: I made more, but this is the original recipe.
8 ½-inch thick boneless pork chops
2 large eggs beaten
¾ tsp garlic salt divided plus additional
salt to taste
¼ tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp whole milk
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup butter or light butter melted

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a rimmed baking sheet fitted with a baking rack with cooking spray. Line the baking sheet with foil, if desired.Set aside.
In a shallow bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, salt and black pepper.

On a plate mix together the breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
Season each pork chop lightly with garlic salt. Dip each pork chop into the egg wash.
Dredge chops in breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs firmly onto each pork chop. Arrange on the baking rack.
Drizzle each chop with melted butter. May use more butter, if desired or spritz with cooking spray.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until fork tender. To brown further, at the end of baking increase the oven temperature to broil.Make sure to turn once to brown both sides evenly.
Rest for 5 minutes then serve.

Broccoli Cheddar Pasta Salad:

Ingredients
12 ounces tri-colored veggie rotini pasta (1 box)
1 medium head broccoli chopped into small florets
1 medium red onion diced fine
2 cups mild cheddar cheese shredded
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar NOTE: I only used 1 Tablespoon! Still good!
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions, with a few drops of olive oil and dashes of salt in the water to keep the pasta from sticking. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool and set aside in a large bowl.
Wash the broccoli well and chop into small florets. Chop the onion fine, and mix the broccoli and onions with the pasta. Add the cheddar cheese to the pasta mixture, mix well.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar well. Pour the mixture over the top of the pasta, broccoli and onions, and stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
