拍了這家店家才曉得牛肉會賣的比較貴,原來是切除太多沒有必要的油花跟筋。
有時候一整塊肉去掉不適合拿來製作炸牛排的肉就只剩50~60%

這部影片分了兩天拍攝,主要的原因是第一天吃了之後驚為天人。晚上睡覺時居然邊想邊流起了口水,於是半夜傳訊息給住在台中的妹妹趕緊約來這家再次用餐。
The film was shot in two days. The main reason was that I was shocked after eating on the first day. When I went to bed at night, I was drooling while thinking about it, so in the middle of the night, I sent a message to my sister who lives in Taichung and hurriedly made an appointment to come here to eat again.

熟成牛排的做法是先去除不必要牛的油花跟筋之後,包裹上蛋液和油炸粉先低溫油慢炸,再高溫油炸。上桌之後可以像生魚片那樣沾點山葵芥末直接生吃,也可以放到烤網上烤至5分~7分熟度之間後沾燒烤醬食用,旁邊有咖哩醬也可以沾牛肉吃。我在影片中也示範了把牛肉當三明治夾著泡菜的吃法,也是挺不錯的喔!
The method of aging steak is to remove unnecessary beef oil and tendons, then wrap it with egg liquid and deep-fried powder, and fry it slowly at low temperature, and then deep-fry at high temperature. After serving, you can dip it with wasabi and wasabi like sashimi and eat it raw, or put it on the grill and bake it until it is 5 to 7 minutes of maturity and then dip it with barbecue sauce. There is curry sauce on the side and it can also be eaten with beef. . I also demonstrated how to eat beef as a sandwich with kimchi in the video, which is pretty good too!

生吃牛肉的口感帶點清爽個人覺得如果能沾點柚子醬也是挺不錯,烤過的牛肉推薦5分在這個熟度油脂經過燒烤後會有股濃郁的牛肉香氣...寫著寫著我又流口水了。
The taste of raw beef is refreshing. I personally think it’s good if it can be dipped in yuzu sauce. The grilled beef is recommended for 5 points. After the cooked fat is grilled, it will have a strong beef aroma... It says it’s me. Drooling again.
